Dr.
Johnson is the founder of What About the Children (WATCh). WATCh
serves as an open door for children of all ages to be blessed through
mentorship, scholarships, and financial aid. WATCh also serves as a platform for these children to demonstrate their
gifts and talents through its annual showcase (Righteous Rhythm and Rhyme).
Following
her passion to mentor, Dr. Johnson is the founder and president of one of the
fastest growing mentorship programs in the south - Mastery Through Mentorship (MTM)
- A mentoring program designed to enhance the leadership ability of men and
women in ministry, the workplace, school or at home.
Dr. Johnson also is the founder of Dominion In and Through True Oneness (DITTO). DITTO is a fellowship of Women in Ministry and Pastor's wives, focused on coming together through a spirit of oneness.
Dr. Johnson has been a featured guest speaker for revivals, conferences and
seminars throughout the United States and around the world. International ministry trips have included Germany, the Philippines, Jamaica, South Africa, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and Trinidad.
Dr. Johnson was the recipient of the 2005 Martin Luther King Salute to Greatness Award. She was selected and featured as one of the Amazing Women of Arkansas. She was also graced to eulogize American civil rights activist Daisy L. Bates in 1999.
Dr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Cameron University a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Central Christian University and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Triune Biblical University.

Dr. Johnson is the author of several books including: Let's Meditate, I Won't Let You Kill Me, Girlfriends: Home Girls of the Kingdom, and Wisdom is a Lady.
She is married to Dr. Silas Johnson, founder and senior pastor of Full Counsel Ministries, agrowing 4,500 member church in multiple locations, throughout the state of Arkansas. Dr. Jennifer Johnson is the mother of five children and she has three grandsons. Dr. Silas Johnson describes his wife as a living, breathing, Proverbs 31 Woman.
